Are you available 24/7?

Yes. Breakdown recovery is available day and night, seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays. Out-of-hours and emergency call-outs carry a surcharge, which is shown clearly on our quote calculator.

Do you recover non-runners and vehicles with no keys?

We do. Our trucks carry winching equipment, skates and dollies, so we can load vehicles that won't start, won't steer or won't roll. Let us know the condition when you book so we bring the right kit.

Can you collect from an auction or dealership?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we handle regular collections from auction houses, dealers, garages and body shops. We can deal with release paperwork and gate passes on your behalf if you give us the lot or job reference.

Are you insured?

We're fully insured for the work we carry out, including goods in transit and public liability cover. Insurance details are available on request before any job is booked.

How much does recovery or transport cost?

Pricing is a call-out fee plus mileage, with the first 10 miles of travel to your pickup included. Our quote calculator gives an instant itemised estimate you can download as a PDF, and the final price is confirmed before we set off.

How quickly can you get to me?

Across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire we're usually with you within the hour, depending on where our trucks are and the time of day. We'll give you a realistic ETA when you call and keep you updated.

We accept bank transfer and card payment. Trade and account customers can be invoiced — just ask when booking.

Do you move classic, prestige or modified vehicles?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Low-clearance, classic and prestige vehicles are transported on our low-approach equipment with soft straps and careful loading. We can also provide a photo condition report before and after transport.

Can you transport more than one vehicle at a time?

In many cases yes — multi-vehicle moves can work out cheaper per car. Send us the details of the vehicles and locations and we'll price it up.

What about plant, machinery and non-standard loads?

We move plant, machinery, containers, sheds and other awkward loads. Give us the dimensions and weight and we'll confirm the right trailer for the job.

Do you recover motorbikes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, motorcycles are recovered and transported using proper straps and chocks so nothing is loaded on its stand or side.

What information do you need when I call?

Accepted Answer

Your location (postcode or what3words), where the vehicle is going, the make and model, and whether it runs, steers and rolls. Photos over WhatsApp are always helpful.
